Asset Business Appraisal
began business over fifteen years ago performing business
valuation services for a wide variety of clients. The owner, Jack
Sanders, has appraised over 1,500 businesses for purposes ranging
from an anticipated sale of the business to marital dissolutions
to estate planning by gifting. Mr. Sanders has been a Certified
Business Appraiser since 1996 and has testified in court a number
of times. Valuations have been performed in most cities and rural
areas of Southern California and as far away as Arizona and Baja
California. All work is performed on a fixed fee basis, quoted
prior to engagement with payments at the beginning and the end
of the assignment.
